Shipping Policy

Processing and fulfillment may take between 3-5 business days, not including shipping time. Orders are estimated to be delivered within 7-10 business days. Please note: This is an estimate and other delays due to the carrier cannot be predicted.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do our best to provide you with a quality experience and excellent customer service. In the event there is a problem with your order, please let us know. You can send us a message directly through our contact page.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue with your shirts or hoodies, please submit a problem report.

My Order is Lost in the Mail

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with you that the shipping address was correct as well as making sure you contacted the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

Please note: If the tracking information states that your order was delivered, and we have verified the correct address was used, we will not be able to take responsibility for the completed order.

Wrong Address

Accidents happen to us all, right? Please be very careful to double check your address upon placing an order. If an order is delivered to the provided address that was incorrectly submitted, we are unable to replace that item.

If the correct address was provided and the error is on our end, we will be happy to correct the error with our appologies.
